Optimize Today.
Build for Tomorrow.

Based on discovery sessions from February through April 2026 -- culminating in GGP's April 10 direction to restructure Phase 1 -- Yelin.io proposes a five-to-six-week, two-track Phase 1: foundational AI training for the full 15-person team, paired with collaborative discovery to scope Phase 2. The three department snapshots that follow (sourcing, deal execution, portfolio operations) and GGP's seven active use cases represent what we have learned to date and remain inputs to Phase 1 research and Phase 2 scoping.

Our Approach
Teach and guide, not do and leave. Every tool, workflow, and agent we build is designed for GGP to own and operate independently. The engagement ends with the GGP team running everything -- no retainer dependency, no external bottleneck.

Two Parallel Tracks.
One Clear Commitment.

Five-to-six-week Phase 1 restructured per GGP's April 10 framing. Track 1 delivers foundational AI training to the full team -- the bulk of the work. Track 2 produces a Phase 2 scope collaboratively, timed late so the team's training-driven capability gains shape the ideas. Phase 2 is intentionally not pre-specified; it emerges from Phase 1.

Track 1 -- Foundational Training
Team Enablement Across the Full 15-Person Firm
Seven half-day sessions shaped for the GGP team's existing Claude fluency. Foundations compressed, Cowork deep-dive added, role-specific cohorts for sourcing and portfolio operations, and a Closing Applied Workshop. Roughly two to three half-days per week -- learn without stepping away from deals.
Track 2 -- Phase 2 Discovery
Scope the Future State, Collaboratively
One to two late-phase discovery sessions with GGP leadership plus the Yelin.io team. Produces a Phase 2 SOW draft with two or three priced options -- grounded in what the team actually learned during training.
Three Phase 1 Deliverables
Visible outputs delivered to GGP during Phase 1
Week 3 · Deliverable 1
GGP Phase 1 Discovery & Training Plan
Interactive HTML plus PDF delivered Week 3. Our prep work and GGP's training blueprint in one document: what we heard in discovery, a Cowork connectors playbook, security + governance guidelines, a public PE AI signals digest, and the tailored curriculum for the seven half-day sessions that follow.
Weeks 3-5 · Deliverable 2
On-Site Foundational Training
Half-day sessions shaped for GGP's intermediate-to-advanced Claude fluency: a kickoff, three whole-team sessions (compressed 4Ds + a dedicated Cowork deep-dive), two role cohorts (sourcing + portfolio ops), and a Closing Applied Workshop. Seven half-days total across Weeks 3-5, ~2-3 per week so the team can fit it around their work.
Weeks 5-6 · Deliverable 3
Phase 2 SOW Draft
Two to three priced Phase 2 options with timeline and scope rationale, grounded in training outcomes and Track 2 discovery findings. Delivered in Word to the GGP leadership team by end of Week 6.
Inside the Discovery & Training Plan
Our prep work and GGP's training blueprint in one document. Five sections, delivered Week 3.
Section 1
Discovery Findings
What we heard in five to six interviews with GGP leadership plus reps from sourcing, portfolio ops, and deal execution. Workflow reality, stuck points, current tooling, what would move the needle. Grounds everything else in the Plan in what's actually happening at GGP today.
Section 2
Cowork Connectors & Integration Playbook
Out-of-the-box connectors and known MCPs for GGP's stack -- DealCloud, HubSpot, M365, OneNote, Salesloft, Clay. Setup instructions the GGP team can execute without writing code. Anything that requires custom development is Phase 2 territory. Phase 1 stays on Cowork + Claude core functionality. GGP walks away able to manage and extend their own connectors.
Section 3
Security + Governance Guidelines
Cowork usage model mapped to GGP's risk posture (MNPI, portfolio financials, live deal data). Skill publishing controls and review workflow. Anthropic Trust Center findings (SOC 2, data retention, residency) packaged for partner-level review. GGP-specific Acceptable Use Guidelines derived from Anthropic's Usage Policies.
Section 4
Public AI Adoption Signals in PE
Curated digest of publicly disclosed AI initiatives at comparable PE firms -- Blackstone, KKR, Vista, Apollo announcements; Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google customer case studies; BVP, McKinsey, and Axios Pro Rata coverage. Synthesis of public sources for context -- not proprietary access.
Section 5 · The Training Blueprint
Tailored Training Curriculum
The actual content for the seven half-day sessions -- topics, exercises, prompts, examples -- built from the Discovery Findings (Section 1) and Anthropic's AI Fluency 4Ds framework. Compressed where the GGP team is already fluent; deeper on Cowork where the value is newest. Not a generic curriculum. Every example, demo, and exercise reflects GGP's own workflows as surfaced in the interviews.
Training Structure
Training is delivered as half-day sessions only so the GGP team can fit learning around their day-jobs. Seven half-days total across Weeks 3-5, shaped for GGP's intermediate-to-advanced Claude fluency. Structure: a kickoff half-day opens Week 3; three whole-team sessions follow -- Delegation + Description compressed for a team that already prompts daily, then Discernment + Diligence as a full session on evaluation and MNPI/compliance guardrails, then a dedicated Cowork deep-dive on skills, projects, and advanced features. Two half-day role cohorts follow (sourcing and portfolio operations), and a Closing Applied Workshop at the end of Week 5 where the team applies to their own work. Grounded in Anthropic's AI Fluency framework -- source material we build from, not courseware we license out.

Phase 2 · Preferred Engagement

Priced options delivered Week 6
Phase 1 is priced below Yelin.io's list rate in exchange for GGP's right of first refusal on Phase 2 at the Week 6 quote. Thirty days post-Phase 1 to accept or return to open market.
Why Phase 2 Follows Training
Phase 2 scope is deferred by design. The GGP team will surface sharper, better-grounded Phase 2 ideas once they have seen what Claude and Cowork can actually do in day-to-day work. Track 2 discovery sessions are timed for Weeks 4-5; the Phase 2 SOW drafts in Weeks 5-6, informed by the training and not ahead of it.

Context, Not Curriculum.

Our discovery sessions from February through April 2026 mapped GGP's sourcing, deal execution, and portfolio operations workflows. Listed below for the record. These are inputs to Phase 1 research; Phase 2 scoping revisits them with fresh data from training. Nothing here needs re-teaching to the GGP team.
